2. Contracting Party
The purchase contract is concluded with SUESSKID LLC.
3. Offer and Contract Conclusion
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the "Buy now" button, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
The contract is only concluded upon our express acceptance or the shipment of the goods.
4. Products
SUESSKID sells decanted fragrance samples and perfume decants from original perfumes.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these are not the original bottles of the respective manufacturer, but professionally decanted quantities of the respective original perfume by SUESSKID.
All mentioned brands, product names, and manufacturers serve exclusively to identify the contained original fragrance. There is no economic connection between SUESSKID and the respective brand owners, unless expressly stated.
5. Prices
All stated prices include the applicable statutory value-added tax, if applicable.
Additional shipping costs will be shown separately during the ordering process.
6. Payment
The payment methods offered in the ordering process are available to the customer.
7. Delivery
Shipping is carried out via our German shipping warehouse.
Delivery times are product-dependent and will be indicated in the respective offer.
Should a product be temporarily unavailable, we will inform the customer immediately.
8. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of SUESSKID LLC until full payment has been received.
9. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal.
Details can be found in the separate withdrawal policy.
10. Returns
Returns must be sent exclusively to the German return address specified by SUESSKID.
11. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
12. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
Otherwise, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
13. Trademark Rights
All mentioned brands, logos, and product names are the property of their respective owners.
Their use serves exclusively for the description and identification of the original fragrances offered.
14. Final Provisions
The law of the United Arab Emirates applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, insofar as this does not conflict with mandatory consumer protection regulations of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
