Cancellation Policy for Purchase Options

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. The following cancellation policy therefore applies to purchases made through SUESSKID:

Cancellation Before Shipping

You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been prepared for shipping or transferred to our shipping warehouse.

To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hi@suesskid.de and include your order number.

Cancellation After Shipping

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be cancelled.

In this case, the statutory right-of-withdrawal provisions apply, provided that the relevant legal requirements are met.

Refunds

Once a cancellation has been confirmed, any amount already paid will be refunded to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on the payment provider or financial institution.
